Before I tell you what I did, let me update you on my visit to the doctor. I had a follow up this morning regarding high blood pressure. I again have perfect blood pressure and no protein. Hannah still has not dropped a bit, nor have I even dialated. Nope, not a smidge. Keep in mind, my due date is only 8 days away. Basically, I am allowed to continue working as usual in hopes I will go into labor someday. The only caveat, is now I am not supposed to leave the county. Yeah, right! I see that one happening!
Now, here's the crazy thing: I got a call from a doctor in Garland who can only meet Thursday, March 27th. Yes, this would be after my due date. Of course, being the diligent worker that I am, I booked the meeting. Does anyone want to make bets on whether or not I make it? I told them that if I no showed, they would know I went into labor and couldn't call. They of course understand.
For those who don't know what I do for a living, I am a dental recruiter. Basically, I recruit dentists for a PPO dental plan. I create your list. It's fun for me to drive around all day and try to get doctors to join my plan. I don't think I could go back to a desk job. I like to talk way too much.
Anyway, all is well and back to normal, which I am thrilled about. Joel, I don't think we are going to have this baby on the 20th. I'm just saying....
