Amanda's Baptism

We finally got to meet little Amanda. Jim, Hannah, and I went to Brownfield for my stepdad's family reunion. Since we were so close to Lubbock, we decided to attend Amanda's Baptism. Jay and Cristy also came up for the weekend. Everyone stayed in Juanita's( Wendy and Cristy's Grandmother) second house.

This was the first time we have been able to see Amanda since she was born. She is a precious little girl. She barely made a sound, unlike our little Hannah. Hannah had so much going on Saturday, she just needed to melt down a bit. She missed one too many naps on Saturday. Don't worry, she survived.

Amanda's Baptism was at 9:00 Sunday morning. She looked beautiful in her gown. Madeleine and Miriam also looked gorgeous in their little pink dresses. Madeleine wasn't up for pictures for some reason. Usually, she loves the camera. Miriam can't wait to say " Chuck E. Cheese" and smile.

I had to wake up at 4:30 Monday morning to pay for our sin, but she is back to sleeping through the night. Funny, I spoke to Trey's mother at daycare, and she had to wake up this morning at 4:30. I am beginning to think the two planned this early morning trist as a joke. Well, we did not find it funny. Carolyn( the infant room leader) did confirm Trey and Hannah spend a lot of time together. Trey is 8 days older.
