Spring is Here!

Spring is in the air and my girls want to play outside. Well, Hannah wants to play outside. Sarah does like to hang out in her exersaucer outside while Hannah is running around. Jim put the sprinklers on so Hannah could run around a bit. Let's face it, the weather has been sketchy lately. Anyway, my dad bought Hannah this big globe that hooks up to the water sprinkler. Jim didn't realize it was going to take so long to blow up. Needless to say, the yard needed watering anyway. I put the girls in their suits and we played in the sprinklers. Jim couldn't resist getting the camera out while I made a fool of myself. Thanks, Honey!

Sarah has been fighting off ear infections, so we really haven't been getting her out much. I finally put her in the tutu Aunt Wendy got her for her "Birth" day. It is so adorable. Poor Sarah has goopy eyes in the pic, but what do you do? Take the picture anyway! She is a sweet, happy girl, and I don't want to miss one minute of it. She is learning to crawl right now. She can go backwards, but hasn't quite figured out how to go forward. You can imagine the frustration. Hannah gets on all fours and tries to show Sarah how it's done, but it hasn't caught on. She even grabs Sarah's hand to get her to move forward. Yep, that really doesn't work.

Hannah has been rocking the potty training. She is doing great. She actually wakes up dry most days. I finally figured out her "schedule" so I can keep her dry most of the time. When she is too tired, it's not happening. Hannah also enjoys going to Montessori school. Jim and I wanted to get our money's worth, so instead of daycare, we sent her to school. She is having a blast! She's making lots of friends and learning new things everyday. I am impressed with her ability to communicate. She still gets frustrated when she can't relay what she wants or how she's feeling, but this is happening less and less as she gets older. I can't believe she is 2 already. Hannah is such a little lover. She wants to hold Sarah's hand and help whenever she can. Oh, her new thing is wanting to pour her yogurt into her sippy cup. She has to get it out of the fridge, then move her step stool to the island so she can pour. Then, she has to throw the bottle away. Too cute.
I almost forgot. Jim thinks Hannah isn't interested in TV. What do you think?
