9 Month Check Up

The Holidays have come and gone, and I still haven't blogged about them. I apologize for skipping Christmas. So much has happened since my last entry. Hannah and Jim were sick over Christmas. Luckily, we got them both antibiotics in time for Christmas day. They both felt better by then. Hannah had her picture taken on the 23rd, and looked so sad in her eyes. She spiked a fever that afternoon, revealing she had gotten worse instead of better. No fear, she recovered quickly.

Christmas ended up being a very joyful event. Actually, three joyful events. Jim, Hannah, and I celebrated three times. All were fun. I loved everything I got this year. I received a cake decorating book and tips, charms for my bracelet, and cold, hard cash. Who wouldn't like that? Good times. Hannah received some clothes, a babydoll with stroller, the cutest doggie doll, Elmo, a butterfly that sings, and a climbing wall. She is set for walking. She loves to push her stroller and this Disney table she received. yes, she pushes the table. I'm not sure why, because it doesn't have wheels.

Now, back to the 9 month check up... Hannah is a very healthy 9 month old. She weighs 19.4 lbs, and is 28 3/4 inches long. Basically, she is in the 90th percentile for height, and the 65th percentile for weight. I really wasn't sure she had grown that much, but she obviously did. Hannah only had to get one shot this time. Of course, she had to give blood. Not much of a trade off.

I will try to be better and blog more often. I will even try to change my background soon. I haven't had much time lately, but the Christmas background is sooo last year...
