Hannah's Baptism

Jim was finally able to download our pictures, so I can post pics of Hannah's Baptism. She was Baptised on August 31, 2008. She handled it very well. I was so proud of our little girl! Hannah never cried and seemed very content during the service. Dr. Bruster carried her around and introduced her to the congregation and she seemed very at home with him. After her Baptism, we took her to the daycare for the rest of church service
When church was over, we went to La Playa for Mexican food. We had about 25 people there. Jim and I were so pleased our friends and family shared this moment with us. Kelley and Roroc gave us a cute plaque for her wall and some college fund money. My longtime friend, Tracy, gave Hannah her first piece of gold jewelry. It was a little bracelet. Dad and Mary also contributed to her college fund, as well as bought her Baptism gown. Mom and Harold gave her a Cowboy's doll. Jim bought her a necklace with a cross. It is quite nice. My cousin Carla flew in from San Francisco to see her cousin get Baptised. My sister, Jody, her Hubby Taylor, and their son, Aaron, drove down from Wichita, KS to see Hannah.
It was a blessed day.
