Memorial Weekend

Jim, Hannah, and I went to Houston for the weekend to visit Carrie and Jerry. They have two little ones, Michael and Maggie. This was our first opportunity to meet Maggie. Carrie had her the month I found out I was pregnant with Hannah. For those who don't remember, I wasn't allowed to travel.
Anyway, Carrie helped me tremendously with Hannah's schedule. Jim and I are very greatful. Hannah is now sleeping through the night. She has an established routine that we all enjoy. Keep in mind, this is a wrok in progress. We aren't out of the woods yet.

We all had the best time in Houston. We went to the space center and to the Houston Aquarium. The kids had a blast. Grant it, Hannah didn't really understand much. She just knew she was getting fed, changed, seeing new things and sleeping. I'm not sure how much Maggie understood, but she seemed to have fun. Did I mention Maggie is 10 months and Michael is 5 years old? At any rate, everyone was tired by the end of the day and slept well. Hannah wasn't the only one sleeping through the night...
Did I mention that Jerry makes a mean steak, and Carrie makes great pancakes? Their house is my favorite resort to visit. They feed us well, and we get to be as loud as we want. Trust me, Hannah can really speak her mind. I wonder who she gets that from?
